[SOLVED] NVIDIA RTX 1650  Random Black Screen coming while playing games and gpu process went 100%, Fans running at full speed  but PC Still Running : Fixed After 1 week 

The Problem:

I was playing Gta5 ( game on my PC should absolutely demolish)  my monitor just went black. PC fans were still spinning, everything sounded normal, but the display was completely dead. Had to hard power off and restart. It happened again. And again. And again.
At first it only happened during gaming, but then it started happening during normal web browsing, opening applications, and even in the middle of Windows installation screen when I was trying to fix this issue by reinstalling windows. The crashes were completely random, sometimes 30 minutes apart, sometimes hours.

What steps i have tried :

• Updated nvidia driver
• Updated bios version
• Reinstalled OS
• Tried new HDMI cable
• Ram newly changed
• Changed HDMI PORT to VGA
• updated all basic drivers

Finally identified the issue: 

After trying for a week, I completely dismantled the GPU and installed it in another PC. It worked perfectly, confirming that the GPU had no issues. I also tested the motherboard and processor, and they both worked fine. What was actually happening was that Windows was drawing more power from the GPU, which was causing the frequent black screen issues

So i changed my powercable and upgraded the psu 550w to 650w it works perfectly on my pc there is no issue in ram , harddisk , processor and motherboard.

Some other Common issues:

Some time the thermal paste may dry and gpu went overheating and gets black screen , to much dust may cause circuit short and gets black screen , improper seating may cause issue.
